Transit lift is a lift without slings and it can be also used for people without legs! It provides easy lifting from a sitting position into a sitting position and needs no slings or straps.
The Transit hoist takes people under the shoulders so there is no knee support necessary. The legs can be spread by the electric leg control and also the lifting is electric.

How to use a hoist 101.

(1) Lock the hoist.
(2) Place legs on the base of the hoist and set rubber against shins.
(3) Set the sling around the torso, secure clasp on.
(4) Take the ends of the sling and circle under the opposing leg.
(5) Match the loops at the end to the pegs on the hoist arms.
(6) Lift the sling with the controls.
(7) Unlock the hoist.
(8) Move patient.
