Although you have said that nothing feels broken, its still not a confirmation that its not! you can fracture your arm and not even notice it. you could have sprained or strained it but also just as likely fractured it. If you wish to take a chance your can use RICE, REST ICE Compression and Elevation but i would still reccommend going to the doctors to get it checked out properly as if complications arise it could lead to permanent damage.
